No. Luxe Glide is a small video studio. We don't list, show, or sell homes, we don't take a commission, and we don't pass your details to agents.

A short video made from your home's photos. AI animates each photo with a slow, steady camera move, and we edit the clips together with gentle transitions. Every video carries the label "AI-animated from listing photos."

YouTube (public or unlisted), Facebook and Instagram posts or Reels, a QR code on your yard sign or flyer, and your listing description on by-owner sites where the site allows a link. A by-owner seller can't add video to the MLS directly; a flat-fee MLS service may offer a video or tour link, and we include an unbranded version for it. Some sites limit video on owner listings (Zillow by-owner listings may not accept video uploads), so check each site's rules.

Each clip animates one photo, so it shows what that photo shows. We reject clips that add or change rooms, doorways, windows, views, furniture, or finishes. AI motion can still create small artifacts, and the video is not a measurement, survey, or floor plan. Transitions between rooms are edits, not a claim about how the rooms connect. You remain responsible for your listing's accuracy and your seller disclosures.

Every video has the burned-in label "AI-animated from listing photos." When you post or share it, include this line in the caption or listing text: "Video animated by AI from the listing's photos." The service agreement asks you to keep both in place.

Photos you took yourself or otherwise own. If a photographer you hired took them, we need that photographer's written permission. Photos from an earlier agent listing of your home usually belong to that agent's photographer, so please ask before sending them. You confirm this in writing before we animate anything, including the free sample.

Glide is $129, Signature is $219, and Estate is $349, paid once, with no commission. Add-ons cover extra photos, rush delivery, and an extra format. Payment is up front through a secure Stripe link, after you've seen your free sample (if you asked for one), confirmed photo ownership, and we've confirmed the order by email.

Yes. One 10–15 second clip from 2–3 of your photos, with no cost and no obligation. We only make it after you say yes and confirm the photos are yours to use.

Glide and Signature are delivered in 3 business days. Estate is delivered within 48 hours (weekends and U.S. federal holidays excluded). The clock starts once we have the photos, your photo-ownership confirmation, the accepted agreement, and payment. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available as an add-on for Glide and Signature.

Glide includes 1 revision round; Signature and Estate include 2. One round means we re-generate up to 3 clips and re-edit once. Send all your changes for a round in one message.

We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. A video gives buyers another way to see your home and gives you something to post where buyers spend time. It doesn't guarantee views, showings, offers, a price, or a sale date.

By email, or your listing's contact form where the site allows it. We normally don't call. If we call at all, it's only a number you published, only after checking the national and Florida Do-Not-Call lists, only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. your time, never more than once a day or three times in total, and we leave at most one voicemail. We never text. Say "no" or "stop" any way you like and we won't contact you again.

Cancel before production starts for a full refund. After that, your revision rounds are the remedy for changes. If we can't deliver a walkthrough that meets your package's scope, we tell you and refund in full. We can't refund based on whether or when your home sells.
